DEKA, from the creators of the Spartan Races, is the decathlon of Functional Fitness designed for ALL levels of fitness! There is the DEKA FIT, DEKA MILE, and DEKA STRONG. We are so excited to be hosting DEKA STRONG this April, as part of Four Three Fits 2nd Birthday Celebration! 10 Zones to test and celebrate your fitness!
Join us April 3rd and test your limits!! Heats start at 8am for Adults (14 yrs and up) and kids (10-13 yrs old) have heats starting at noon!! We can’t wait for this fun family friendly event!
