Classes

Classes are included in your monthly membership! Non-members pay a $5 drop in fee to most classes. Functional Fitness and Oly class drop in rates are $10 a class. We also have class punch cards available. Each class is 50-60 minutes long.

Functional Fitness

Functional Fitness includes exercises that train your muscles to work together for everyday activities and tasks. Movements like pushing, pulling, lifting, and squatting are all included in our Functional Fitness class. Everything is scaled to your own ability.

Dance Cardio

Each Dance Cardio class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the “work” our of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie burning dance fitness party.

Olympic Lift

Olympic weightlifting, often simply referred to as Oly, is a sport in which the athlete attempts a maximum weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates. The two common lifts are the snatch and the clean and jerk. This class will focus on increasing strength in these movements while improving form.

Circuit Strength

A ‘tabata’ style workout where we work on increasing strength and cardio by alternating movements in a quick fashion. 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest, performed on our Hoist Motion Cage in the back room!

Kids Fit

A fun workout for kids 6 -12 years of age. Increase speed, agility, and strength in this  class designed especially for growing kids. Perfect for the young athlete, and a great way to introduce kids to a healthy lifestyle.

Teen Fit

A class specifically designed for teens 13 and up. Learn proper lifting technique while increasing strength, flexibility, speed and agility. A mix of traditional weightlifting with sports conditioning.
